Yr 10 Aerospace Award

This award is open to Year 10 students that have completed at least one aerospace-related unit of work. The student must be able to share key learnings from an aerospace-related project, and demostrate a keen interest in a career in aerospace.

This award is open to Year 11 students that have a quest for learning about the aviation industry and working for an airline.

An academic award for a Year 12 student that has achieved outstanding overall performance in the General Subject, Aerospace Systems, particularly in the areas of critical thinking, teamwork, creativity and/or emotional intelligence.

This award is for a Year 12 student that has produced the best in-depth folio and accompanying formal written report, which has a relevant focus on the aerospace industry.

This awards is for Year 10 or 11 students that display a strong passion towards a topic in aviation or aerospace. The AYAA believes the development of the Australian aviation and aerospace industries is heavily dependent on providing the youth of Australia with awareness and opportunity to become great leaders. Each year, the AYAA hosts the Australian Youth Aerospace Forum (AYAF), a five-day live-in conference which provides students the opportunity to investigate careers and pathways in the aviation and aerospace industries.

This scholarship will be awarded to a Year 12 student that identifies as female and is studying the General Subject, Aerospace Systems.
This high achieving student will receive a scholarship that will assist them to continue their studies at a tertiary level from 2024.
