2023 Future Aerospace Award – Aerospace Gateway Schools

STUDENT APPLICATIONS CLOSE 8am Monday 21st August 2023

This award is for Year 10 or 11 students that display a strong passion towards a topic in aviation or aerospace.

Requirements

This award is open to year 10 or 11 students enrolled in an Aerospace Gateway to Industry School. There is no subject requirement for this award.

Judging

The judging committee will consist of representatives of the AYAA. The committee will review a student video presentation submitted by the applicant. Schools are asked to indicate their support for the student's application with the option with the option to provide comments about the student's enthusiasm for aviation or aerospace.

A video presentation (using Vimeo or YouTube) no longer than one minute addressing what, or who, inspires the student to pursue aviation or aerospace as a career. Applicants are also encouraged to talk about an aviation or aerospace topic they are knowledgeable in, and link this with their inspiration in aviation or aerospace.
