2024 Future Aerospace Award Document Request

SUPPORTING SCHOOL DOCUMENT SUBMISSIONS CLOSE 8pm Friday 23rd August 2024

This award is a prize for enthusiastic students in Year 10 or 11 that display a strong passion towards a topic in aviation or aerospace.

Requirements

This award is open to year 10 or 11 students enrolled in an Aerospace Gateway to Industry School. There is no subject requirement for this award.

Judging

Judging of all applications will be considered by representatives of the AYAA, and if necessary, some applicants may be asked to make themselves available for an interview.

Acknowledgement*

The winners prize is a fully funded scholarship to attend the AYAF in 2025. I understand that the AYAF takes place in Brisbane, usually runs towards the middle of each year, and as this is a national conference, may be scheduled during a Queensland school term. If this student is a winner and this occurs, I understand that they will be required to request permission from the school to attend. Depending on the geographical location of the winning students, a travel bursary may be offered. This will be at the discretion of the 2025 organising committee.
