One-day Cabin Crew Experience for Aerospace Gateway Schools
This One-Day Cabin Crew Experience is an exclusive taster event designed for Year 10, 11, and 12 students from participating Aerospace Gateway to Industry Schools in Queensland.
It’s the perfect opportunity to see if a demanding but exciting career in the skies is the right path. Students will get a real feel for the job—from learning about professional image and grooming to practicing for the competitive recruitment process. The day includes hands-on activities at Aviation Australia’s training facilities at Brisbane airport, where participants will even get to experience an emergency evacuation slide.
Aerospace Gateway to industry Schools can secure their preferred date during May 2026 using the booking form below.
Booking Details
- Priced at $2,244 (GST Inclusive) for Aerospace Gateway Schools.
- Booking Registrations must be made via Eventbrite, the link will become live on Tuesday 25 November 2025.
- Dates that will be available for Aerospace Gateway Schools: Mon 12 May, Wed 14 May, Mon 19 May, Wed 21 May, Mon 26 May, Wed 28 May. ** PLEASE NOTE: These 2026 dates are no longer available. - Schools have 14 days to pay from date of invoice. If payment isn’t received within this timeframe, the booking will be forfeited and made available again online.

Activities
This day will involve a range of physical activities typically undertaken by cabin crew on the job or while undergoing required training. Key information about the industry and practice tasks required in the recruitment journey.

- Full sports attire and thick above-ankle socks required
