Aerospace Discovery Award Support Request

This award is open to Year 10 students that have completed at least one aerospace-related unit of work. The student must be able to share key learnings from an aerospace-related project, and demonstrate a keen interest in a career in aerospace.

This award is open to year 10 students enrolled in an Aerospace Gateway to Industry School. Each applicant must have completed at least one aerospace-related unit of work this year. Subjects that have contextualised aerospace across one unit qualify for this award. Examples include (but are not limited to) Aerospace, STEM, Engineering, Hospitality, Business Studies, Industrial Technology and Design. Previous winners in any award category are ineligible to reapply for the same category.

Please note that each completed application form, including any personal information provided, will be shared with judging representatives from GE Aerospace. The committee will review a written paragraph submitted by the applicant. A school representative will be required to support the application for judging.
