Please estimate how many students and teachers you expect to attend. We recommend up to 20 students for each school, if your numbers are higher please contact us to discuss.

Please be mindful that photography and filming will take place at this event when selecting students that will attend. Student names, year levels, dietary requirements and signed image consent forms will be requested prior to this activity date.

Session 1: 8.45am arrival for 9.00am start. Concludes at 11.30am.
Session 2: 12.00pm arrival for 12.15pm start. Concludes at 2.45pm.
We recommend session one for schools travelling from outside of the Toowoomba Local Government Area and session two for schools located within the Toowoomba Local Government Area if possible.
